Sunday, August 17, 2008 - Life Group sign ups have increased in the past two weeks.  Pastors continue to encourage all those who have not signed up for one yet, to do so as soon as possible. / Las inscripciones para los Grupos de Vida han acrecentado en las ultimas dos semanas.  Los pastores siguen animando a todos aquello que no se han inscripto todavia, que lo hagan pronto.

- Pastor Angel went to visit a mother who just lost her son to a violent murder.  Aura Sierra is a lady who attended our church until about 1 year ago with her son Alex.  "I ask our whole church family to pray for Aura and her family at this time of heart wrenching grief," Pastor said.  / El Pastor Angel fue a visitar una madre que acaba de perder a su hijo en un asesinato violento.  Aura Sierra es una dama que visitaba nuestra iglesia con su hijo hasta un ano atras con su hijo Alex (el asecinado).  "Pido a toda nuestra familia en la iglesia que oremos por Aura y su familia en este tiempo de dolor profundo," dijo el Pastor.

- A great team of servants from our church, led by Pastor John, helped make today's Hillmoor Village outreach a success for the third time.  Each year, the people from our church donated back-packs and school supplies to bless children and families of lower income at the apartment complex.  Shout out to The Galatians Project summer interns who not only prepared and distributed the back packs, they did the power human video for the song, "I Want You More".  Awe yea - Lighthouse! / Un gran equipo de obreros de nuestra iglesia, dirigidos por el Pastor John, ayudaron hacer del alcanze a Hillmoor Village hoy un éxito por tercera vez.  Cada año, la gente de nuestra iglesia dan mochilas y provisión de artículos escolares para bendecir a los niños y familias de entrada baja del complejo de departamentos.  Un grito a los interínos de verano del Projecto de los Gálatas quienes no solo prepararon y distribuyeron las mochilas, sino que hicieron el video humano de la canción "Te Quiero Más".  Baya - ¡El Faro!

Wednesday, July 16, 2008 - Summer interns in The Galatians Project went out on their first mission today.  They went to serve at the Harvest Food Outreach Center in Ft. Pierce where they helped inventory, stock and organize the the stores shelves.  And interns organized the thrift area.  The Outreach Center provides food at a cost that is 70% less than retail for low income families.  Interns will return tomorrow to do the same. / Los interinos del Proyecto de Los Galatas salieron a su primera mision hoy.  Fueron a servir al  "Harvest Food Outreach Center" en Ft. Pierce donde ayudaron a organizar y poner productos para vender.  El centro provee comida a un descuento significante a familias de baja entrada.  Los interinos vuelven al mismo lugar manana.

Tuesday, July 15, 2008 - The Galatians Project started today with much enthusiasm.   27 interns of both middle and high school age.  The level of spirituality and excitment for getting deeper in the Word was amazing. / El Projecto de Los Galatas comenzo hoy con mucho entusiasmo.  27 interinos de la edad de estudiantes en la escuela "middle" y "high".  El nivel de espiritualidad y animo para profundisar en la Palabra era asombroso. 

Wednesday July 2, 2008 - How time has passed.  Our church celebrates her 13th anniversay today.  We will all enjoy delicious anniversary cake after David Lugo blesses us with his annointed saxophone playing. / Como el tiempo ha pasado.  Nuestra iglesia celebra su decimo-tercero aniversario hoy.  Disfrutaremos de un pastel de aniversario despues que David Lugo nos bendice tocando el saxophono.
